Training and Credentials

My formal education includes a BA in Asian Studies and English from the University of Puget Sound, a MEd from Western Washington University, and most recently a MA in Systems Counseling through the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) at Bastyr University. I interned at Valley Counseling Associates, a private practice in Renton, where I gained experience working with a wide range of clients. I am currently training to become a Family Constellation Facilitator and pursuing certification through the Gottman Institute for working with couples. I have experience with several types of family therapy, including Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy. In our work together, I will engage in a blend of treatment methodologies to best meet your personal needs.
